YMCA of the Fox Cities

The YMCA of the Fox Cities aims to be the premier human service and membership organization in the Fox Cities, while fostering collaboration and effectively utilizing all resources. Our strategic guiding principles will guide the development efforts of the YMCA of the Fox Cities through 2013 and include: The mission of the organization will be foremost in all operations. The values of caring, honesty, respect and responsibility will serve as an umbrella over all YMCA programs and services. These core values, along with inclusiveness, will be paramount when working with volunteers, staff, members and the community. The Association will take advantage of association-wide economies of scale and synergies of programs, services and communities. Ingenuity, resourcefulness and creativity will help guide staff and volunteers to be responsive to emerging social and community needs.
