You will learn tools to change your life positively: yoga, chakra healing, detox, pranayama and meditation. The Yoga Retreat Owners, Teresa and Kes Kennard, created their family home and business in Thailand in 2000. Bringing together their love and experience in yoga and dance to create a balanced -realistic- approach which they believe to be the secret of true transformation. We offer free wifi to our guests that wish to use it.
