The foundation will aim to provide and deliver a range of services and activities for the benefit of the community. The foundation will draw upon the knights profile and authority to achieve its objectives. The foundation will, through its activities, explore new ways of supporting learning development. To promote community participation in healthy recreation by providing facilities for the playing of rugby and other sports ("facilities" in this clause means land, buildings, equipment and organising sporting activities).
