Yumbii

Yumbii, which offers Korean barbecue tacos and burritos, pulled pork sliders and other limited fare, is one of the first food trucks in metro Atlanta, getting the Atlanta Police Department's first food truck street permit. Yumbii started its food truck business about two months ago, said owner Carson Young, after about a year of research and work. Yumbii's truck, which has eight full-time employees, features the food of Hankook Taqueria, owned by chef Tomas Lee. Young's goal is to own four trucks, featuring the food of other restaurants as well.
