Zabolis Partners is a private equity and investment banking group focussing on the Baltic Region and Eastern Europe. The group is based on a growing partnership of initially six partners, who have worked together since the early 1990s and established the brand in 2002. We have combined our finance and real estate expertise to focus on the retail trade and on real estate solutions for the retail sector. This formula, reinforced by strategic alliances with major retailers and capital investors, is key to ventures in the Baltic States and in Europe's emerging markets, notably Belarus. In 2009 Zabolis Partners began to pursue proprietary investments through RAZ, a joint venture with the leading Lithuanian entrepreneur family Rakauskas. Total asset value stands at 200 million Euros, primarily in real estate investments. Current commitments run to another 50 million Euros of investments over the next two years into retail operators, food producers, financial intermediaries, and other opportunities. The main ingredient of our success is a dedicated team of experienced individuals. Together we have been involved in major corporate transactions and privatisations, revolutionised markets by implementing new financial solutions, and continue to help promising companies to achieve their targets. Zabolis Partners now has eight partners and a staff of over 70. What unites us are our shared beliefs and passion for business.
