Zambrero

Zambrero is a humanitarian organisation committed to tackling world hunger. It currently funds aid and development projects in Africa, Asia, the Americas and in Australia through the sale of healthy, home-grown Mexican food. Zambrero has more than 70 restaurants nationwide and is actively expanding throughout the country and internationally. Zambrero opened its first restaurant overseas in Bangkok in July 2014 and in New Zealand in November 2014. BRW Magazine has recognised Zambrero as one of the nation's fastest growing businesses for the past four years (2014 BRW Fast 100 list and 2013, 2012, 2011 BRW Fast Franchises lists). Growth has been most rapid since 2012, when there were 20 restaurants.
