Dan Hamilton(President) started in the hospitality renovation industry in 1980. His vast knowledge and experience with performing, superintending, managing, estimating and consulting for numerous clients between the east and west coast lends to his superior leadership abilities and hands-on approach being passed along to all of our teams. Dan is involved with the daily fiscal operations as well to ensure our client's financial scopes are being followed to a standard above well above what is currently set in the industry. Ed Anderson(Vice President) entered the hospitality industry in 1975 and has served as an owner/contractor, and project manager with extensive multi-state experience. Ed officially oversees all VP, Secretary, field operations, business development and marketing efforts for Zelham. He ensures that quality is interjected into every aspect of how Zelham's teams interact with our clients. His proactive involvement ensures that projects are managed with integrity and a passion for quality. Zelham, Inc. is a national company that was founded in Virginia. We moved our headquarters to Idaho in 2004 to take advantage of the quality of life and outdoor activities. We are licensed to work in forty seven (47) states.
