At Zenvus, we are focused on serving the following segments of customers: Farmers: Farmers acquire our Smartfarm, Yield and Drone products. We provide analytics to help them turn farming into a business. They use zManager to improve record keeping while zPrices ensures they have better ideas on the prices of produce in major cities around them to help them bargain better with middlemen and merchants. Banks/Lenders/Investors: Our zCapital is engineered to help people who want to invest in agriculture have confidence doing so through independent hard data which they can rely upon. Our Smartfarm has inbuilt GPS and pinpoints what is going in that farm even as the Yield provides vegetative index of the farm. Combining these two datasets, the lenders will understand their risks. The zCapital is a subscription service to these class of customers. Farmers will initiate in the portal their interests to raise capital and the lenders will have access to explore the opportunities. Insurers: Our zInsure makes localized and personalized insurance possible by helping insurers understand the risks better. Commodity Traders: We generate hard data which can help predict agriculture yield across regions. Commodity traders rely on this data to improve their models with hard data. They have access to rainfall, soil nutrients, soil conductivity, pest and disease outbreaks etc. We offer this via a subscription service and all data anonymized. Merchants/Buyers: With zMarkets, Zenvus farmers make their products available for people to buy. They post when they plan to harvest and try to lock up sales ahead of time. This is supported with independent data from Zenvus to ensure every trade happens as advertised. Everyone: Zenvus makes zCrowdfund available for farmers to enable them access capital from those living close to them. They pay back from the produce in the farm upon harvest. This is supported with independent data from Zenvus to ensure every transaction happens as advertised. ndubuisi-ekekwe Zenvus was founded by Ndubuisi Ekekwe, PhD. He grew up a farm boy in Ovim Community in Abia State (Nigeria) and has always wanted to bring tech to farming. Ndubuisi attended Federal University of Technology Owerri (Nigeria) where he graduated (BEng, EEE) as his class best student. He later earned a PhD from the Johns Hopkins University Whiting School of Engineering and worked in Analog Devices Corp as a Lead ASIC Design Engineer creating the company's first wafer level chip scale package for inertial sensors. As a professor of engineering in Carnegie Mellon University and Babcock University, he has taught and lead research in engineering. A U.S. inventor, he has contributed extensively in pioneering electronics development in Africa. About us
