Z Group

Zeta Industrial Parks is a division of the Zeta Group. Since 1975 we are involved in the development of industrial parks in Central America. In 1986 we were granted Free Zone status by the government in Costa Rica, and in 1990 in Guatemala, in both cases becoming the first private operator of Free Zones in each country. In 2002 we began operations in Nicaragua, opening our latest industrial park and free zone.
