We are helping our customers, in all sectors, to control the non-productive spend through our cloud based world class service i.e., IntelliSPEND. We have carefully designed this service through our decades of experience in spend management. We have made use of emerging technology and shared economy to develop this service. We have heavily utilized the power of hidden intelligence within our customer&s;s business processes and data through Intelligent Business Process Management (iBPM), Robotic Process Automation, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence to bring benefits to our customers. IntelliSPEND brings significant improvements in standardization, automation, efficiency, fulfillment and analytics within shortest possible time. As per our experience, we engage our customers through a System Health Check where we receive sample data and details of the business processes and then prepare a report on their current Situation, Problems statements, Impact analysis and Next actions suggested (SPIN Methodology). This approach enables our customer to have clarity of the problems and their impacts so that they can prepare themselves in terms of budgets, resources, effort estimation, deliverable and plan. We also help them through our data and business process related services to come up to the required standards in shortest possible time and within budgets. Accenture conducted a survey in 2019 for engineering and construction organizations and shared that organizations are still lacking behind the real potential of the savings w.r.t world-class savings benchmark. IntelliSPEND can bridge this gap and bring organizations to world-class level.Figure-1 illustrates this finding.
