2P for Commercial Services was established in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 2004 as a Mobile Value Added Service (VAS) called WESAL as an IP Business Telephony System, followed by TARASUL as a Messaging Sys...tem and YAMAMAH as a Bulk SMS Service.
