4 Day Week Global

Andrew Barnes and Charlotte Lockhart are in the fortunate position that their businesses operate without them so they can dedicate their time to creating this community on a global scale. In support of this, they have set up the 4 Day Week Global Foundation to fund research into 4 Day Week practices and the future of work and workplace wellbeing. Through this they talk to businesses around the globe, work alongside initiatives in other markets and do a lot of listening, talking and drinking coffee. With the launch of the global campaign , both Andrew and Charlotte hope to give voice to all those who want to work less and provide support for businesses to join an international pilot program in 2021. We are proud to be associated with the Wellbeing Research Centre at The University of Oxford , where we work closely with the Barnes Research Fellow, Laura Giurge to analyse what the future of work will look like and how employee wellbeing and business productivity can be included in the economic package for the 21st Century.
