7 Centers Yoga Arts has been offering holistic trainings for practitioners and teachers in Sedona since 2001. Director Ruth Hartung has led over eighty month long trainings with a select faculty delivering in-depth education usually found in longer courses. Our trainings include the sister sciences of Ayurveda and Vedic Astrology. These intensives attract a diverse group of students from all over the and the world looking for the unique experience of yoga as a lifestyle. Here students are taught how to integrate the philosophy of yoga and asana as a tool for personal and social transformation as well as be able to teach classes that address the needs of their community. This September we are offering a ten month long weekendformat 300 Hour Advanced Yoga with Therapeutic E mphasis for local students. These courses allow those who have families and job responsibilities to be able to participate and learn how to create personal balance and integrate yoga into their daily life which is especially relevant in this day and age. All of our training programs are based on national educational standards and are registered with Yoga Alliance. We offer continuing yoga education through our short courses that can be applied to Yoga Alliance Registered teachers.
