Alphinoor & Co is made up of IP attorneys ,and is a firm accredited by the African Intellectual Property Organisation (OAPI). As such ,we represent our clients at the said Organisation, which is a regional institution made up of 16 countries from western and central Africa. We are actually competent to assist the right holders with their patents, trademarks, designs, plant varieties and industrial property litigation. Created in 2002 in Cameroon and based in Yaounde, we have the advantage of our proximity to the OAPI central office.
