American Access was founded by Brian Clark after many years as operations manager for a wheelchair ramp manufacturer in the United States. In starting his own business, Clark wanted to structure it around what he found to be most rewarding about the wheelchair ramp business - meeting the customers and serving their needs. When founded, American Access was created to be a family-owned business, offering personal service on a national scale. The backbone of the company is a group of three brothers - Brian Clark, President; David Clark, VP; and Paul Clark, CFO. Each brother brings to the table different skills acquired through many years of service in various industries. Growing up, the brothers remained close and shared similar goals of what a leading company - in any industry - should be about and what that company should offer to its customer base. Now, they have fused their individual energies and talents to put these goals into action under one roof at American Access. Since the company's establishment in 1997, it has served America's veterans, public schools, colleges, churches, private organizations and the general public with thousands of ramp installations across the country. American Access' staff is committed to continuing to meet customer needs quickly and conveniently. Our customers' top concern should be their health. Arranging the delivery and installation of the equipment needed to assist them - that's our job. Our home office is located near Memphis, Tennessee, allowing us to provide our customers with the most convenient delivery possible. Memphis, also known as the "Distribution Capital of the U.S." allows American Access to utilize a vast array of shipping lanes from Truck Load to LTL with some of the countries best shipping rates passed on to you. Memphis is also the World Headquarters for FEDEX. When you must have it over night, we can deliver with drop off's of smaller packages up to 11pm.
