Educational Consulting Services, Inc. (ECS) is a full service financial consulting service firm that has been providing consulting services for California K-12 school districts since 1989. Educational Consulting Services, Inc. created the AARC Program in 2005 to help school districts address the loss of ADA revenues due to student absences. Over the years, the AARC program has recovered millions of dollars in attendance revenues for California school districts.
