With a modest beginning of just 6 staff back in 1994, AAT currently has 200 staff including 167 fully trained, experienced, skilled and competent technical personnel. Among the technical personnel 43 of them are specialists in CNS-ATM systems. AAT inculcated the culture of "First class Facilities with First Class Maintenance" and has been providing maintenance services to CAAM high technology, sophisticated and complex ATC radar and systems since its establishment. AAT has built a strong reputation on quality and reliability and continuously delivers to CAAM "System Operational Availability" (SOA) in excess of 99.95% fully meeting CAAM operational requirement and safety guidelines by International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO).
