A family run business founded in 2008 our passion for whisky is rooted in our love of Scotland and in particular our enjoyment of exploring the length and breadth of this beautiful country. Abbey has evolved from its early beginnings as a small online whisky retailer to become a leading supplier within the whisky sector thanks in part to our growing range of exclusive malts. Launched in 2012 'The Rare Casks' series features an exceptional range of limited edition single malt whiskies bottled exclusively by Abbey Whisky. With the launch of release 5 in this series imminent, the aim of 'The Rare Casks' series is to introduce and explore drams that excite and stimulate discussion. In addition 'The Secret Casks' is a trio of of single malt Scotch whiskies, aged 30, 40 and 50 years old. We've also teamed up with some of Scotland's best distilleries to bring you Abbey Whisky Cask Exclusives, including the much coveted GlenDronach Cask 33 and most recently Cask 3400, as well as a fantastic and highly praised Kilchoman single cask. With many of these bottles receiving awards and high praise from whisky bloggers and writers worldwide, we're gaining a reputation for selecting great casks, something we're extremely proud of. At Abbey we pride ourselves on delivering the highest level of customer service, striving to provide that personal touch coupled with a high degree of professionalism. With Mike at the helm, this personal approach has established a strong and loyal customer base and we consistently rank number one for our sector on the online independent review site, Trust Pilot. The customer shopping experience is of the upmost importance to Abbey and we take pride in ensuring this standard is met at every stage of the customer journey starting from enquiries, through secure transaction to the fully trackable, efficient and safe delivery of goods. We're constantly looking at ways to improve the service we offer our customers and although our old website served us and (we hope) our customers well, we're excited to present to you a brand-new, dynamic website which we hope will make the customer experience even better!
