Abel | Sain, CPAs is a boutique, independent public accounting firm that provides accounting, tax, and bookkeeping services to small businesses and to individuals. Abel | Sain is a separate entity from AFM Co., with its own diverse client base. While many Abel | Sain clients are not AFM Co. clients, almost all AFM clients have their tax returns prepared by Abel | Sain. Rita Abel serves as both the Managing Partner of Abel | Sain, CPA's as well as the Head Advisor of AFM Co. Justin Sain is the Tax Partner, and heads its tax department. The close relationship between the two companies allows us to follow up and implement any tax recommendations we provide, and, wherever possible, to mitigate adverse tax consequences while designing investment strategies.
