AboveBoard is an executive platform for board and executive hiring. AboveBoard provides open access to senior leadership opportunities and enables members to expand their career opportunities and companies to diversify their leadership teams. AboveBoard is on a mission to break down the barriers that underrepresented executives face, particularly women, Black people, and Latinos. AboveBoard is a new executive recruiting resource that is working to shift away from traditional closed-network processes and toward an open and fair model that prioritizes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
