Australian Business Volunteers (ABV) is developing an exciting new initiative by transforming ABV's successful YES Training Program to address the needs of StartUps in the current global enterprise environment. The program will specifically support the Labour Mobility Assistance Program run by the Australian Government to inspire, guide and mentor returned seasonal workers to begin StartUps in Tonga.ABV is looking for up to eight visionaries, game changers and challengers to create an innovative training course, develop resources to include in an enterprise tool-kit, run or support a YES StartUp training workshop in Tonga, and fill two volunteer positions under AVID to provide mentoring to participants through an Incubator Hub in Tonga. deally all volunteers will be actively involved in the YES StartUp workshop on 16-17th January in Canberra and ABV anticipates members of this group could also fill the other roles.
