Accent Network understands that quality assurance steps must be incorporated at every milestone of a global project for us to successfully deliver a localized product that meets the expectations of both our client and especially the target markets. Indeed quality is subjective and relative, therefore establishing shared quality objectives and goals is critical to the success of any quality localization process. First, an in-house Project Manager reviews the original files, picks the right translation/revision team for every project and makes sure it is completed on time and within budget, according to our quality guidelines and our client's specifications. The project Manager can also generate a glossary in accordance with our clients' specific word choices for the target country. He monitors the translation process and serves as liaison between the client's point person and Accent Network.
