Access Car Rentals was founded in 1995 and has been providing the highest quality service at the best rates for thousands of visitors for the past twelve years. We focus on service and value and believe that both aspects of car hire are equally important to our customers. The company is wholly Irish owned by Seamus O'Neill and Jim Finlan, who, together with a team of experienced customer service agents, run the local and international Access Car Rental Operations.
