Center for Mental Wellness

A Center for Mental Wellness, Inc, is a small counseling practice focusing on child and family relationships and mental health related issues. The types of services we provide are individual counseling for all ages, play therapy, group and family counseling, and medication management. We also provide seminars for both professionals and parents on different topics throughout the year such as stress management, behavior modification interventions, and support for families going through a separation or divorce. Most recently we have added yoga, meditation, and relaxation courses to the list of services available to you!
