More recently, with the obvious synergy with the lettings market, the company has diversified into estate agency selling properties through-out the area including Penarth, Cardiff Bay, Dinas Powys, Llandough, Sully and Barry. ACJ are accredited members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) and The Tenancy Deposit Scheme (TDS). This requires that our client accounts are independently monitored, that we have professional indemnity insurance, continuous staff training and a formal complaints procedure.
