Our training courses include Project Management Planning and Scheduling; Fundamentals of Cost Estimating; Planning and Scheduling; Project Cost Control; Earned Value Management; The What, Why, and How of Project Controls; Managing Multiple Projects; Hands-on Project Management Software training; Construction Claims Analysis; and a Construction Delay Analysis Workshop.
