Artist House Holdings Inc. is a Japan-based holding company. The Company operates in three business segments. The Contents segment is involved in the video, music and publishing businesses. The Distribution segment specializes in the retail of music instruments, as well as the auction of watches. The Others segment is involved in the investment of listed and non-listed securities, as well as the investment and loan businesses. The Company has 11 subsidiaries and one associated company. As of October 8, 2008, the Company has dissolved three Tokyo-based subsidiaries. On November 31, 2008, the Company sold three wholly-owned subsidiary.
