ACS Magfa

ACS MAGFA offers a wide range of sports, fitness and personal safety sessions. Based in Luton Bedfordshire we provide martial arts (acs martial arts), self defence classes (acs self defence), boxercise & boxfit (acs-boxercise & acs-boxfit) and Just Jhoom! (acs-dance fitness). These classes take place at our own ACS MAGFA Charles St venue at schools, colleges and at youth group venues like scout huts. We also have a satellite class at Lewsey Community Centre Luton. We also offer tailored self defence sessions for individuals, groups, families, schools and special interest groups like scouts and guides etc. Our Boxercise/Boxfit (acs boxercise) classes also offer great fun for children. We have provided several sessions for cubs and brownies and Boxercise makes a great exercise alternative for standard PE and games lessons often engaging those kids that have no interest in sport or physical activity. Mini Ninjas is a games focused class aimed at children too young for our standard martial arts classes. They offer self-defence and awareness basics as well as martial arts themes games. Minininja classes (previously Smart Clubz) have featured in many local schools over the years and provide a unique after school alternative to standard sports themed activities. Our free 'Done with Bullying' is also available at no charge provided it is run on our own premises and our Just Jhoom! dance fitness classes (acs dance fitness) provide a fun alternative for a girls birthday party.
