Each step we take with your merchandise is recorded in our WMS (Warehouse Management System). We understand that our customers depend on us to be their eyes and ears, to ship their freight on the "start ship" date whenever possible, to be certain that we are following routing instructions to avoid chargebacks, and we at ACT Fulfillment take that responsibility very personally.
