Adaptive Aerospace Group

Adaptive Aerospace Group was formed in December of 2003, the dawn of aviation's second century. Our mission is to enhance the safety, utility, and efficiency of aircraft and the National Airspace System through research and development. For the first four years AAG was effectively a one-person consulting firm of Keith Hoffler. That turned out to be a rather lonely way to work and live so Keith had to make a decision: either grow AAG or get a job with another company. The decision to grow AAG was made in 2008 when the first employees were hired. Keith and AAG have been very blessed to have found and hired excellent people to date including young engineers we continue to support through advanced degrees, and semi-retired subject matter experts. Keith would like to take this opportunity to thank all of his employees for their excellent technical capabilities, enthusiasm for their work, and the way they work with clients and business partners.
