Abu Dhabi Business Hub is a limited Liability Company Incorporated in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi and was established in August 2006. The Company is formed primarily for the development Investment and management of Real Estate properties in the Industrial field. Its First ambitious Project is the development of Office Complexes and Industrial Warehouses in the Industrial City of Abu Dhabi (ICAD-1) in Mussafah. This Project covers an area of approx, 298,371 square meters and is on land leased from the Higher Corporation for Specialized Economic Zones (Zones Corp).
