We are a group of psychologists and psychotherapists who have expertise in human experience and behaviour. We are trained to help people cope more effectively with life problems, using techniques based on evidence based research, clinical skills, and experience. We take into account the person's unique values, goals and circumstances to help them identify their problems and figure out ways to best cope. We can help change unhealthy behaviours and habits and find constructive ways to deal with troubling situations.
