Adriatic Villas

The Villa was completely refurbished and extended to create 5 apartments which all interlink enabling communal living and accommodation for up to 17 guests. A 10m pool, outdoor shower and BBQ area was built with a sun terrace in local Croatian stone for the perfect al-fresco holidays. The villa was featured on UK Channel 4 television programme "Selling Houses Abroad" as a success story in Croatia. Villa Sunrise was selected by Channel 4 from several other properties in the Dubrovnik region for its idyllic location and stylish interior. The villa has been constantly updated and refurbished during this time and continues to receive outstanding feedback from the guests. The adjoining land is hoped to be developed into an additional villa at some point in the future.
