AdTech Ceramics manufactures custom injection molded ceramic parts in a variety of shapes that do not require additional machining. Our ceramic injection molding technology is available with a proven alumina material system and co-fired metallization options. Injection molded metallized ceramics are commonly used in the Medical, Military, Aerospace, and other high reliability industrial and microelectronic applications. Typical materials include high purity alumina and zirconia toughened alumina. In addition, custom ceramic materials can also be developed to meet your specific application needs. The 90 Alumina injection molded ceramics can be metallized and plated with nickel and gold. Metal components such as Kovar, molybdenum and copper tungsten may be attached by brazing or soldering. AdTech Ceramics fabricates all mold tooling required for prototypes to high volume. Our engineers work closely with the end customer to ensure compliance with tooling requirements for maximum manufacturability.
