Advancing Native Missions
By God's grace and for His glory, ANM has grown dramatically since the early years. From a handful of indigenous ministries in just a few countries in 1992, we have become a global ministry reaching more than 75 countries through the endeavors of more than 200 native mission groups. Today, literally tens of thousands of indigenous pastors, missionaries, Bible students, and Christian workers are supported and helped through this partnership. Through the efforts of these native missionaries, millions of people are being touched with the love of Jesus and many are hearing the Gospel message for the first time. To support this work, we have developed organizationally, as well. Over the past two decades, we have moved into several new facilities. Our present office and warehouse is located in Afton, which is near Charlottesville, Virginia. As more and more staff and ministries are added, the challenges of maintaining sufficient operations also grows. Nonetheless, the faithfulness of our Lord never wavers. Indeed, God continues to increase our "five loaves and two fish" daily. Today, we operate on the smallest possible budget which means that the largest possible amount of financial aid is sent in support of God's work through native missionaries. As a result, ANM has been recognized by the leading non-profit watch-dog groups. Learn more by reading our Financial Accountability page. As we grow and serve, our goal remains the same: to mobilize native missions to reach the unreached peoples of the earth with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is done by maintaining our focus on prayer, serving others before ourselves, and loving one another while being very careful to honor God in our integrity, relationships, innovations, and stewardship.
