Advancing People was formed in 2009 by Director Dominic Quirke who has a wealth of recruitment experience spanning 10 + years of working for both a specialist Independent and International Corporate recruitment company. We feel it is very important that as a company to deliver what you promise; managing individuals' expectations to begin with is essential and is where the whole process starts, with both candidates and clients. Advancing People was set up with the aim of offering a refreshingly different and transparent recruitment service to clients and candidates - Nationwide. When we have spoken to clients and candidates we have found there is a criticism of poor feedback and general lack of transparency and communication when dealing with recruitment companies. That is something you will not find here at Advancing People.
