Advantage Flooring Inc. was established in 1993 by Billy and his father, Bill Saul. The family-owned business specializes in Commercial Flooring, Concrete Polishing & Concrete Floor Surface Preparations, Paint & Wall Covering, and Occupied Renovation. Striving to be a one-stop shop for designers, owners, and contractors, Advantage Flooring is always diversifying to meet customers' needs. We believe no job is too big or too small, and handle everything from service work to entire buildings. We have worked with major tech companies, law firms, universities, government contractors, multifamily apartments, major retail stores, internet and social media firms, grocery chains, and more. Today, Advantage Flooring has a 30,000-sq. feet office/warehouse facility located in Hanover, Maryland, near Baltimore, Washington D.C., and Northern Virginia. We employ over 50 full-time employees, made up of all in-house, uniformed, hourly employees, giving us the highest degree of quality control.
