A. E. New, Jr., Inc. was organized in 1981 under the laws of the state for Florida. Throughout our history, our primary focus has been on educational facilities, government building, industrial facilities and recreational / athletic facilities in Northwest Florida and South Alabama. We have been responsible for the construction of the majority of K-12 campuses throughout this region. We have also had a significant presence on collegiate campuses in Northwest Florida with Pensacola Junior College, University of West Florida and Okaloosa-Walton College as major clients. In recent years, we have expanded our services to include construction management and pre-construction services. A. E.
