Investment horizon of 5 to 10 years. We are regulated by the Non-Banking Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority and both AEV Services (the Fund Manager) and AEV Investments (the Fund) are BIFSC registered. Our strategy is to invest in platform projects (providing us with sectorial skills and a base from which to scale up and roll out the operations across the region). We have a relatively long time horizon of 5 to 10 years and we are committed to bring projects towards sustainable exits, meaning that projects would then have reached a size where it is considered as a prime target for existing operators or larger private equity house/institutional investors or suitable for a stock market listing.
