Afvalzorg

Afvalzorg is one of the landfill operators that is willing to invest several million euros in research and development of Sustainable Landfill Management. But authorities and landfill operators demand guarantees from each other. Therefore the Dutch environmental ministry has drafted a project plan for the introduction of Sustainable Landfill Management. This project plan approaches the hesitations of the different parties in a stepwise fashion. It also includes advice and recommendations of independent research institutes and government advisory panels.
