Age Concern Eastwood Dementia Project

Age Concern Eastwood was established in 1976 by a group of volunteers concerned about the lack of services for the elderly in the area. Our services include three social lunch clubs, an information and advice centre, wheel chair loans and three minibuses for the use of various local organisations. Age Concern Eastwood Dementia Project was established in 1993 to provide specialist care for people with dementia and their carers. We provide Day Care 5 days a week and a fully comprehensive programme of carers services.
