Air Covers Ltd specialises in the design and manufacture of bespoke performance fabric products. The No.1 product is a tailored fabric helicopter cover. This has become the cover of choice for expeditions, exploration companies, military supply and private owners worldwide. Experts in design, modelling and performance fabrics, we work with customers and suppliers who share our commitment to quality. John is a projects manager (PMP) and fabrics design engineer who has worked on some of the most challenging projects in the industry including a habitat for the International Space Station. He has been involved in the helicopter industry since 1989 in the Parachute Regiment and later as a contracting operator. Sasha has been involved with the operation and maintenance of private helicopters for most of her life and with her design and machining experience can bring these strengths together to help design covers that look good and work well. Our sewing machinists and CNC operators are highly skilled colleagues, drawing on many years of experience to bring you supreme quality in workmanship.
