From 2000, the company expanded its EASA Part 145 approved Engineering and Workshop business, supporting numerous customers with "on wing" and workshop seat maintenance activities and expanded its capabilities further with the establishment of a Design Office with EASA Part 21 sub part J and a modern manufacturing facility, manufacturing a variety of injection moulded and vacuum formed EPA alternatives seat parts such as Meal Trays, Seat Backs, Bumper, Escutcheons, Meal Tray Latches all released under its own EASA Part 21 sub part G approval. From 2010 and as a result of its rapid growth Airline Services Interiors moved into a third modern facility at its Sharston headquarters to accommodate it expanding manufacturing capabilities.
