Managing Director, Philip Williams has had a lengthy career in the security industry joining Securicor in 1970. Philip is experienced in all aspects of security having been Managing Director of the Danish based ISS Group UK operations; Securisystem, Operations Director for a medium sized company based in Norfolk. In 2004 he was offered the opportunity to become a major shareholder in Equinox as Executive Director, and then latterly as group Commercial Director. He was responsible for all matters including operations, fleet, procurement and financial aspects of the company. Akita is very much a family business with Philips daughter Charlie having worked in the security industry since 2005. Charlie is Akitas Financial Director and has an all-round knowledge of administration, quality (achieving ACS & ISO 9001) and health and safety and is extremely organized and motivated in her approach to Akita. In August 2017 our headquarters moved to Stevington, where our small team includes: Anne Accounts, Joe HR & Quality, Ellie Systems, Simon- Service Engineer and Response and Patrols, Andy Operations
