Aktiv Properties REIT is managed by the Board of Directors consisting of the following members: Mr. Dimitar Georgiev RUSEV - Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Dimitar Georgiev RUSEV (born 1969) is the Chairman of the Company's Board of Directors since November 2007. He graduated the University of National and World Economy (Sofia, Bulgaria) with a degree of MA in International Relation. Mr. Rusev is the Executive Director of LC Leader, Plovdiv (July 199 4 - March 2000 ) . From 20.03.2006 till present Mr. Rusev held the position of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bulgarian Risk Management Association (BRIMA) ; Member of Board of Directors of TV Europe (November 2004 - August 2007); Chairman of the Board of Directors of PT Holding PLC. (March 2000 - May 2013); Owner and Manager of Trinity Properties Ltd (May 2013 - present).
