A. Lamb Associates was founded in 1996 by Adrian Lamb to build upon his experience working for main works contractors in the international oil & gas pipelines industry. His primary objective was to form a dynamic, modern and fast growing practice that would utilise his skills and experience to provide robust commercial services, developing state of the art software packages, bespoke relational databases and cost management procedures to meet the needs of contractors working in these sectors. He also wished to offer clients his services as part of an overall package together with his associates in the planning, risk management and legal professions. The foundations of the company are built on understanding the value of good working relationships with clients and other parties and knowing that there is no substitute for detailed record keeping and prompt notification of contractual issues. Today the company provides high calibre Commercial Managers, Contract Administrators, Project Managers, Planners and Engineers across the globe, delivering bespoke commercial services to blue chip employers and contractors as diverse as major oil companies and local authorities. We have built an environment that provides our clients with the secure knowledge that the commercial management of their projects is in safe hands.
