Alanya Properties takes its strength from its past experience and history. Alanya Properties is a family company established over three generations. The first generation was our grandfather who made clay and concrete pipes and large water containers for the construction business between 1940 and 1960. The second generation was our father; he entered the construction business in 1970 and switched to the decoration and furnishing business through the 80's and 90's. The third generation exists of the brothers Hüseyin, Halil and Mustafa Gülseren, operating in this sector with a whole new understanding. Hüseyin Gülseren is a civil engineer and has been the founding partner of Haliloglu, Toroslar and Denizeli Construction companies since 1996. In the last 5 years, as a partner in Toroslar, Hüseyin built and delivered more than 700 apartments, all with great customer satisfaction. In addition, Hüseyin also has more than 200 projects to his credit as a civil engineer. Halil and Mustafa Gülseren have been working in the tourism- and service-sector since 1992. We believe that the construction sector is a sector which stands for expertise and dynamism.
