To make this commitment real, the Company has initiated a total Quality Assurance program, which has full support from the top management down to workers on the shop floor. As part of the program the Air Conditioner Manufacturing plants became ISO 9001 Certified for Design and Manufacturing in 1997, whereas our Refrigerator and Freezer Manufacturing plant became ISO 9002 Certified.
