It is the corporate headquarters of Lowe's, and combined with the town's location only 25 miles north of Charlotte, is one of the fastest-growing financial and business centers in the country. "As a testament to Mooresville's success: median family incomes have increased 82% since 1999. Word of the town's rise has spread, and Mooresville now expects the population to double in the next 20 years. Mooresville also has two public school systems providing education for the children. Mooresville Graded School District (MGSD) typically covers the 28115 area of Mooresville.
