The Alternative Living Group

The Alternative Living Group, Inc. currently provides Fiscal Intermediary services to individuals residing in the Capital Region. Fiscal Intermediary services are a Medicaid funded program offered through New York State's Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Home and Community Based Services Waiver. The service is provided to OPWDD eligible individuals with developmental disabilities. Fiscal Intermediary services assist individuals seeking to participate in Self-Directed Services under the Home and Community Based Services Waiver. Self-Directed Services allows the individual and/or their involved family members to control and direct their own services to best fit their needs.
